Checking Your Balance

You can keep track of your account balance, including all your costs such as license, storage and telco fees. For more details about transaction details, see Transaction Details.

To Check Your Balance

• From the VCC Live menu, select Tools > Finance.

Warning: If payments remain outstanding for an extended period of time, VCC Live® may restrict your account. See Restriction Procedure.

To Export Your Balance

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Tools > Finance.
2. Press Export.

To Get a Monthly Summary of Your Balance

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Tools > Finance.
2. Select the Monthly summary tab.
