Restriction Procedure
VCC Live follows an established procedure when payments are overdue. If payments remain outstanding for an extended period of time, VCC Live may restrict your account.
Prepaid Restriction
In case your balance drops to or below 0 HUF / EUR / USD, this will trigger an automatic restriction as follows:
Restriction Levels
Level | Day | The restriction process |
---|---|---|
Level 0 | Day 0 | No restriction, balance is positive at the beginning of the day. A notification is displayed that the balance may drop to zero the following day. |
Level 1 | Day 1 | No restriction. A notification is displayed that the balance has dropped to zero. |
Level 2 | Day 2-4 | Partial restriction. Admin and supervisor users can no longer access the functionalities, only the Finance menu. Agent users can still log in. |
Level 3 | Day 5 and onward | Full restriction, admin and supervisor users can only reach the Finance menu. Users can no longer log in. |
VCC Live is entitled to issue an invoice for the fee of reinstating the service as specified in our GTA.
Note: VCC Live is entitled to terminate the Subscription Contract with 8 days notice after 8 calendar days from the date of full restriction if the balance is not settled in the given period.
