Exporting Database
You can filter and export records from your database.

To Export your Complete Database
- Select a project from the project list, then select database.menu.label > export.menu.label.
- Press export.menu.label to save the exported data as a CSV or TXT file, or press qmsClipboard.win.title to copy it to your clipboard.
Note: Exporting a large database may take a while.
To Export Records with Selected Dispositions
- Select a project from the project list, then select database.menu.label > export.menu.label.
- In the statuses.menu.label pane, select one or more dispositions. Only records terminated with the selected dispositions will be exported.
- Press export.menu.label to save the output as a CSV or TXT file, or press qmsClipboard.win.title to copy it to your clipboard.
To Export Records from a Specific Time Period
- Select a project from the project list, then select database.menu.label > export.menu.label.
- In the export.filter.caption pane, set an option from the filter_dates_event.label.value drop-down list.
- Set the from_date.label.value and to_date.label.value date picker controls.
- Press export.menu.label to save the output as a CSV or TXT file, or press qmsClipboard.win.title to copy it to your clipboard.
