Data Extraction Overview
You max export the following types of data from the VCC Live software:
1. Types of Data you can export
These are data of the VCC Live application users such as agents and supervisors. This includes your users’ activity log.
These are your clients’ data that you can manage in your database on project level. This includes your database records, statistics and Robinson list.
These are custom data typically associated with users or your database such as Employee ID assigned to the users or generic data used in multiple projects (e.g. a street database list.) This includes Webhook statistics and custom tables.
2. Extracting user data
You can choose to copy to clipboard or export your user data to text files using the Export action.
3. Extracting client data
You can export your Database using various export interfaces, where you can filter your data by date, last disposition allocation, the allocated disposition, or export value.
