Managing Dispositions

Dispositions are used by the agents or dialer to indicate the outcome of a call. For details about system default dispositions, see Dispositions.

To Access Dispositions

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Dispositions.

To Add a New Disposition

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Dispositions.
  2. Press Add new disposition.
  3. Enter a name and set the desired settings.
  4. Press Add disposition.

To Modify a Disposition

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Dispositions.
  2. Select a disposition you want to modify, then make the changes.
  3. Press Modify disposition.

To Allow or Prevent the Dialer to Redial Records with a Machine Disposition

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Dispositions.
  2. Select the Machine disposition.
  3. Mark the Retry checkbox on the pane on the right.
  4. Use the Default deadline control to you set how much time should elapse between retries.
  5. Press Modify disposition.

Note: The attempt limit can be set in the “phone1” field’s properties. See Managing Fields.
