Live Chat – WhatsApp Integration
Link WhatsApp Business to VCC Live
You can integrate VCC Live Chat with your WhatsApp Business account. With this integration, you can receive or send messages via your WhatsApp Business accounts directly from VCC Live. Inbound messages sent to your WhatsApp accounts can be handled by Agents or a Virtual agent immediately.

To Integrate VCC Live Chat with your WhatsApp Business Account
- Select a project from the project list, then select Channels > Chat.
- Select the WhatsApp tab and click Add.
- Press Login with Facebook.
- Enter your Facebook/Meta login credentials, then press Log in to sign in to Facebook.
- You will receive a prompt regarding information sharing and privacy settings. Select Okay.
- WhatsApp Business accounts you manage will appear in the pane. If you don’t have one, you can create a new WhatsApp Business Account as well.
- Navigate through the sign-up process and you will receive a message about the successful connection.
Note: You can connect multiple WhatsApp Business accounts and phone numbers to a project in VCC Live
