User License Management

Admin or agent user licenses can be managed (purchase or cancel the number of licenses) only by the contact person specified in the contract.
Management of user licenses can be done through VCC Live Customer Care ([email protected]).

When Purchasing a New Licence:

• It will be activated instantly.
• Its fee for the given month will be deducted the next day.

Note: Cancellation of a license can be done only from the 1st day of the month.
