Bank Transfer Guide
Bank transfers should always have VCC Live’s account number as their beneficiary, and it is very important to fill in the payment reference when making a bank transfer.
I.
If the client has only one account with VCC Live, we ask them to enter one of these options in the payment reference:
- number of the proforma invoice downloaded from the VCC Live Desk application
- account name
- invoice number(s) being paid
II.
If the client has several accounts, they can top up their accounts with individual bank transfers. In this case, the above rule needs to be followed.
If, however, the client wishes to top up several accounts at once with one bank transfer, we ask them to enter one of these options below in the payment reference:
- all proforma invoice numbers that are being paid
- all account names with the top-up amount clarified after each account name
- invoice number(s) being paid
It is important to note that all invoice numbers and account names need to be entered correctly in the payment reference.
Accepting a bank transfer is only possible if the above conditions are met. If no account name or invoice number is provided, then in order to accept a bank transfer, VCC Live needs to receive a spreadsheet with the details of the bank transfers: invoice numbers, payment amounts, etc. This spreadsheet needs to be sent to [email protected], before or after performing the bank transfer.
If the above conditions are not fulfilled, then no incoming amounts can be used to top up our clients’ accounts.
