VCC Live 360 can be used by agents via browsers or installed directly as a desktop application. This article details the supported list of browsers.

VCC Live 360 Desk exclusive functionalities
The following list of functionalities only works in the VCC Live 360 Desktop app, and they are not currently supported in the VCC Live 360 Web version:
- Click-to-call API
- Browser menu
- Embedding browser controllers in the Agent script
- Using runApplication function in the Script JS SDK
