Cloning a Project
When you need to create projects based on an existing project, you can clone a project.

To Clone a Project
- Right-click on a project, then select Clone project.
- Enter a name for the project.
- Press OK.
To Add a Project Note
- Select a project from the project list, then select the Project information tab.
- Enter the note in the textbox, then press Save. The note appears when you are cloning a project.
Parent and Child Projects
When you clone a project, you can add a parent and child relaionship between the two projects, the latter being the subsidiary one. Dispositions, fields, datasheets, script pages, and SMS templates cannot be modified in a child project. You can keep child projects consistent with their parent project by syncing them.
To Create a Child Project
- Right-click on a project, then select Clone project.
- Enter a name for the project.
- Mark the Child project checkbox.
- Press OK.
To Sync a Parent Project
- Select a project from the project list.
- Press Project sync.
Note: Child projects that are not synced with their parent projects are marked with a icon.
