Mass Export Project Data

This functionality can help you export project data or KPIs in an automated way. The system is capable of sending the selected data directly to the chosen email addresses daily or uploading them to a file storage solution.

To Create an Export Pattern

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Export Editor.
2. In the All export templates pane, press .
3. Enter an export pattern name, then press Save.
4. In the Field source pane, select, then drag and drop the system fields you want to include in the export to the Header pane.

To Create a Mass Export of Project Data

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select one or more projects from the Projects pane, then press Select dispositions.
3. In the Dispositions pane, select the dispositions you want to include in the export.
4. In the Export pane, select an export template.
5. Select the time intervals you want to include in the export.
6. Set other criteria for your database export, then press Copy to clipboard or Export.

To Create a Mass Export of Statistics

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select one or more projects from the Projects pane, then press Select dispositions.
3. In the Type pane, select Statistics
4. In the Column Presets pane, select an export template.
5. Select the time intervals you want to include in the export.
6. Set other criteria for your database export, then press Copy to clipboard or Export.

To Create a Mass Export of VCC Pay transactions

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select one or more projects from the Projects pane, then press Select dispositions.
3. In the Type pane, select PAY transactions.
4. Select the time intervals you want to include in the export.
5. Set other criteria for your database export, then press Copy to clipboard or Export.

To Auto Export Project Statistics or Data to Selected Email Addresses

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select the Report preferences tab.
3. In the Saved statistics pane, enter a name in the Name text field.
4. In the Users column, mark the ckeckbox beside the users you wish to send the reports to.
5. Press Save.

Note: Reports contain details from the previous day and are sent automatically every midnight.

To Auto Export Project Statistics or Data to Selected File Storage System

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select the Report preferences tab.
3. In the Sending mode pane, select File storage option.
4. In the Storage setting field, select your preferred option for exporting data to.
5. Press Save.

By using this function, files are exported to a storage bucket managed by VCC in Google Cloud. VCC team will provide you with credentials and you will be able to download the objects using this API. You can list all the objects in your bucket using this endpoint.

Note: Reports contain details from the previous day and are sent automatically every midnight.

To Send Report Files as an Extracted Attachment in Auto Export Emails

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. Select the Report preferences tab.
3. Mark or unmark the Compress email attachments checkbox.

Note: Disabling this feature may result in file attachment sizes that are too large for the email server to forward. Size limit: 24 MB

To Enable or Disable Export from Filtered Projects

1. From the VCC Live menu, select Contact Center > Mass Export.
2. In the Projects pane, mark or unmark the Export from filtered projects.
