SMS Log
You can view SMS log for any project, including the total number of SMS sent, template used, results, calculated costs, and more.
To Check Project-specific SMS Logs
- Select a project from the project list, then select Logs and statistics > SMS log.
- Optional: press
for more filtering options. - Press Search.

| Former name | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Unique ID | SMS ID | SMS identifier number. The number is generated when an SMS is sent or received. |
| From | From | Sender of the SMS. |
| Recipient | Recipient | Recipient of the SMS. |
| Date | Date | Time of SMS delivery. |
| Success | Sent | Indicates if the SMS was sent successfully. |
| Template | Template | The SMS template that was used to send the SMS. |
| Agent | Agent | The agent who allocated the disposition triggering the SMS. |
| Status | Status | Delivery status of SMS. |
| Message | Message | The SMS content. |
| SMS Cost | SMS Cost | Costs charged for the SMS. If the message exceeds the character limit (160 or 70 characters = 1 SMS), the system calculates the cost for all concatenated (combined) messages. Each message is billed separately. (For example, for a 161 character SMS, two SMS will be charged.) |
| Project ID | Project ID | Project identifier number. It is generated when a project is created. |
| Route | Route | The route of the SMS. |
