User Activity Log
Administrator and supervisor users can view logs for what activities supervisor users have attempted or managed to carry out, including log-in requests, setting updates, deletion of a Robinson List entry, etc.
To Check User Request Activity Log
- From the VCC Live menu, select Logs and Statistics > User Activity Log.
Please note that items in the User-activity log that are older than 1 year are being automatically deleted. To view the Hungarian version of the below table, please click here.
User Activity Log Overview
Former name | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Action ID | Action identifier number. Enables you to keep track of all user activities. The number is generated when the action is logged. |
Time | Time | Time when the action was logged. |
Interface | Interface | The interface related to the action. |
Action | Action | The action the user committed. |
Username | Username | The user who committed the action. |
IP Address | IP Address | The IP address of the user who committed the action. |
Project ID | Project ID | Project identifier number. It is generated when a project is created. |
Record ID | Record ID | Record identifier number. The number is generated when a record is created. |
Note | Note | A note added by the system. (For example, an invalid username that attempted to log in.) |
Tip: Add or remove additional information columns by using the button.
