Where can I find call recordings?

Why is call recording not available?

The call recording function may be disabled, or the recording you are looking for has been deleted. See To Enable or Disable Call Recording.

How do I download all call recordings at once?

You can use the VCC Live Archiver console application to archive and download call recordings.

How long do VCC Live servers store call recordings?

You can set how long voice files are stored. See To Manage Storage Settings.

Why the call starts automatically without the agent accepting the call?

The automatic answer function may be enabled. See To Enable or Disable Automatic Answer.

    I’m using VCC live for phone calls.

    A couple of days ago, incoming call conversations start directly after one ringtone (without me pressing the green pick up button).

    This is annoying – how can I fix it ?

      Thank you for contacting us.

      It seems that the Automatic Answer option is enabled in your project’s Inbound settings. See To Enable or Disable Automatic Answer.
