View, search and mass modify records in your project.

To Filter Records by Date Created

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
  2. Select the General filter parameters tab.
  3. Select the Date created option from the Date filter drop-down list.
  4. Set the time period you need the results for.
  5. Press Search. Only those records that were added to the database within the specified time period will be displayed.

To Mass Modify Agents Assigned to Records

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
  2. Set your search criteria via the General filter parameters or Extended filter parameters tabs.
  3. Press Search.
  4. Select Actions, then select Agent modification.
  5. Select agent you want to assign to the records, then press Save.

To Mass Modify Disposition Set to Records

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
  2. Set your search criteria via the General filter parameters or Extended filter parameters tabs.
  3. Press Search.
  4. Select Actions, then select Disposition modification.
  5. Select agent and disposition, then press Save.

To Mass Modify Field Values in Records

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
  2. Set your search criteria via the General filter parameters or Extended filter parameters tabs.
  3. Press Search.
  4. Select Actions, then select Mass value update.
  5. Select the fields you want to update, select values, then press Save.

To Set Records as New

  1. Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
  2. Set your search criteria on the General filter parameters or Extended filter parameters tabs.
  3. Press Search.
  4. Select Actions, then select As new.
  5. Press Yes.

Note: Discarded records which the dialer will not attempt to recall (because the attempt limit was reached) are not set as new.
