View, search and mass modify records in your project.

To Filter Records by Date Created
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Select the Date added option from the Date filter drop-down list.
- Set the time period you need the results for.
- Press Search. Only those records that were added to the database within the specified time period will be displayed.
To Mass Modify Agents Assigned to Records
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Press Search.
- Select Actions, then select Agent modification.
- Select the agent you want to assign to the records, then press Save.
To Mass Modify Disposition Set to Records
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Press Search.
- Select Actions, then select Disposition modification.
- Select agent and disposition, then press Save.
To Mass Modify Field Values in Records
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Press Search.
- Select Actions, then select Mass value update.
- Select the fields you want to update, select values, then press Save.
To Deactivate and Activate Records
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Press Search.
- Select Actions, then select Deactivate.
- The selected records are now deactivated. This means that these records are not considered for the dialer anymore, but their disposition is not modified.
- To reactivate the records, select Activate. After activation, the records will be considered for dialing again depending on their previous disposition, if any.
Note: Only callable records can be inactivated. During import, duplication checks are not performed for inactivated records, while when performing ‘As new’ from the Records list, inactivated records are not modified.
To Set Records as New
- Select a project from the project list, then select Database > Records list.
- Press Search.
- Select Actions, then select Recycle as new.
- Press Proceed.
Note: Discarded records that the dialer will not attempt to recall (because the attempt limit was reached) are not set as new.
