Using Break Codes

When you are taking breaks, you need to use break codes to indicate your status as well as to prevent the system from distributing calls to you.

To Use a Break Code

1. While logged in to a project, press .
2. Select a break code. The pause/resume screen appears.

Note: Admins can set up soft and hard limits. When you reach a limit, the color of the pause screen changes to indicate that you have exceeded the limit.
