About Click-to-Call
Click-to-Call allows you to manage phone calls from external applications and web browsers.
With Click-to-Call, you can initiate, hang up, or put calls on hold from external applications or websites on a given, predetermined computer.
When enabled, VCC Live runs an http server on a server, specified by the user.
When the agent logs in, the resource is activated, that enables calls.
Calls can only be initiated when the agent is in ‘available’ status. Otherwise a pop-up message alerts the agent.
At the moment, VCC Live’s Click-to-Call feature supports 4 different API commands. For more information, click on one of the links below or select them from ‘Resources’ in the left-hand panel:
