How can I enable my microphone in my browser?
VCC Live for Salesforce doesn’t appear for the user in Salesforce even though I did the installation, what can I do?
1. Make sure that the user trying to access VCC Live for Salesforce has access to the connected app.
2. Make sure that the user is added to the VCC Live Call Center in the Settings.
3. Check that VCC Live for Salesforce is added as an Open CTI Softphone to the relevant Salesforce app’s Toolbar as a Utility Item.

I cannot log into VCC Live for Salesforce due to cookie settings, what can I do?
Make sure that you don’t block external cookies, or if you do, then put your Salesforce organization on the Allowed list in a format similar to this: [*.]lightning.force.com. You can manage cookie settings the following ways in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
