How do I import records into a database?

Read about importing records in the Importing Records or Updating Databases section.


“Header must contain 1-60 characters!”

Make sure that import file format requirements are being met. If they are being met, consider creating a new import file, as the one you are trying to import may be corrupt. See Updating Databases.


The database import status seems to be stuck. Why?

The most common reasons include using invalid characters or whitespaces. Make sure that the import file format requirements are being met. See Updating Databases.


There is a warning icon next to the script editor menu. Why?

Datasheets and scripts that are saved but not uploaded are marked with a VCC Live expired project icon. Make sure you upload them so that the agents can see changes you committed to the datasheet or script pages. See Managing Datasheets and Scripts.
