100+ available language dialects in Text-to-speech
More than 100+ language dialects are now available with Text-to-speech for voicefile generation or to create dynamic readback in an IVR. Read more about voicefile generation here.
Use timesheets on a lower level in an IVR
Timesheets to define opening hours in an IVR can now be used at a lower in an IVR, not just in the primary rule. This can help you customize your IVR so that you can now manage more complex opening hours logic within your organization.
Other new features released
- The SMS Log now contains whether there are any SMS messages still being processed by our partner and therefore not yet appearing in the report. This can help you see the status of the SMS messages that you have previously sent.
- The number of calls analyzed by Answering Machine Detection can be displayed as a KPI on Dashboards and User-based statistics
- VCC Live Archiver’s maximum download speed has been increased for voice file download
- The List Users API endpoint now includes the Project IDs the user is assigned to. Read more about it here.
- In User-based statistics, system emails are now displayed under a project’s email KPIs if the system email is related to a specific project
Other bugfixes fixed this month
- An error occurred when opening all dimensions in User-based statistics for a long period
- When an error occurs with OAuth login, a more detailed error response is returned
- Agent disposition was missing when an email template was used that referred to disposition variables multiple times
- Robinson list could not be deleted
- Global new webhook could not be saved in some cases
- The dialer attempted multiple callbacks at the same time in some cases for the same user
- On certain occasions, a chat message was allocated to 2 agents
- A performance issue happens if there are many dashboard widgets on the account
- In a single case, an incorrect JavaScript code on a script page was allowed to be loaded
- Webhook headers threw an error when it included a ‘-’ sign
