We’re looking for a frontend-heavy developer to join a talented, remote-friendly team that’s reworking VCC Live’s desktop application into a first-class, web-based experience. You’d be working with a modern stack on software with thousands of users and your ability to navigate real-time SPAs and investigate frontend-related issues will be highly pivotal in this role.
On a busy day, VCC Live’s multichannel platform handles millions of calls, text messages, and emails – and our channels continue to grow with the likes of WhatsApp, Messenger, and more. As we offer a highly customizable solution, we’re always expanding our AI capabilities, integrations, and no-code configurability is a huge benefit for our clients who afford us with an NPS of 80+.
