Prefix-based Caller ID selection in Predictive dialer

If you are calling customers across multiple telecom providers or countries, this feature ensures that calls are placed using the same provider as the customer’s phone number, provided you have a matching number in your project. By defining groups of prefixes, the system can automatically select a caller ID with a prefix matching the customer’s number. This prefix-based caller ID selection is now available for predictive and power dialers and can also be applied to manual dialing and custom calls. Read more about here.

Other new features released

  • In the list of Users it is now visible which user has a validated email address
  • We have created 2 new user rights for signing up for technical and legal newsletters. Only those users can sign up who have this right. If a right group is changed and it doesn’t include this right, then all users with such signups will be removed from these newsletters.
  • In the User State Log, it is now displayed whether the agent requested the logout or not, in a new column: Connection lost. It shows Yes, when the system disconnects the user, otherwise, it is empty. This information is also available via API.

Other bugfixes fixed this month

  • In Dialogflow CX non-Default voices were not applied for the Text-to-speech when selected
  • The performance of loading the CDR log was improved for large datasets
  • In some cases, macros couldn’t be moved among the Inbound processes
  • In some cases, chat messages were not displayed to agents
  • If playback voice is longer than the waiting time in a queue and customers were redirected to the same queue in a loop, then it created server errors
  • An upgraded, more error-resistant version of the Dialogflow ES integration is now available
  • Readback process in IVR didn’t process certain variables
  • QM statistics now displays values up to 2 decimals
  • An error occurred if a project with Predictive/power dialer used more than 100 phone numbers and the caller number value feature
  • The download speed of voicefiles via VCC Live Archiver has been increased
