Actions

Actions are the results of events in VCC Live Desk, triggered by other applications in your Zapier workflow.

Available Actions

• Create a new record
• Modify an existing record
• Find a voicefile by UUID (this returns the file downloadable via a temporary link)
• Retrieve the list of teams

Required Settings

To successfully use VCC Actions in Zapier, you require the following during setup:

• The name of your account
• An API Key, which you can generate within VCC Live. Read more about it here.
• The project in VCC Live you would like to change
• Mandatory data in case of a new record, including name and phone of the Record
