Sets a callback function to be called when a message is received.

Description

vcc.setOnMessage(callback)

Sets a callback function to be called when a message is received. If it is used after chatStarted, then the callback function is only called after the customer’s second message.

Parameters

callback
(function) The callback function to be executed when a message is received. The function will receive a context object (ctx) as its parameter.
