dispose

Sets a dispositions to a chat in a workflow. The chat session will end for the customer which can be restarted in a new chat.

Description

vcc.dispose(params)

Sets a dispositions to a chat in a workflow, optionally you can also provide the disposition name. After this event, the chat will appear in the chat log and the statistics. By default, the functions sets a ‘completed’ disposition to the chat and the workflow ends.

Parameters

disposition
(string) The disposition to be set. Possible values: completed, lost, missed.
