Mobile App – iOS
VCC Live Mobile is now available on iOS as well. The app supports all major call functionalities, status handling, call recording, and tracking in call and user statistics. Try now with your agent credentials. The app is already available on Android 13+ phones in the Play Store as well. Check out the user guide here.

VCC Live 360 webchat now offers advanced customization possibilities with the option of embedding it in your mobile app in a webview. Customize the webchat with the following:
- Passing parameters to a workflow
- Full-screen mode
- Auto-start
- Appearance of the webchat button
- Domain handling

Other new features released
- Previously, it was not possible to provide API access only to a selected project’s voicefiles. We have added an option where access is now limited to a given project’s voicefiles.
- The following API now includes the projectid parameter: https://vcc.live/developers/database-api/statistics/get-voicefile-for-a-specified-cdr/
- When creating the API token, it can be limited to a given project (e.g. project id 1): ^\/v2\/cdr\/(2[0-9]{3,3})\/(0[1-9]|1[012])\/([0-9]{2})\/([0-9a-f-]+)\/voicefile\?projectId=1$
- Chat messages sent by an agent can now be deleted
- It is only possible with VCC 360 webchat
- Messages can be deleted up to 10 minutes if the customer hasn’t replied yet
- There is a new setting in Chat settings which drives whether the customer sees that a message was deleted or not
- Notifications in VCC360 have been improved
- VCC Live 360 Agent Desk now reopens if it was closed, the agent receives a call or chat, and it is enabled in Queue settings
- Chat queue notifications now include a new category: Focus, which can bring 360 Desk back into focus even if it is not minimized
- Notifications are also sent if the agent reaches the soft/hard limit for afterwork
- Previously, there was no possibility to easily download only the billed CDRs from selected projects. We have added a new option to Mass CDR Exprt, where users with rights to financial data can now select to only include billingable CDRs. When selected, the report also includes pricetags.
- VCC Live 360 now includes:
- Custom KPI editor
- Quality Management statistics for Admins
Other updates and bug fixes
- When an API flush request is sent to an inherited dialer project, then the flush is also performed in the parent project
- When managing agent skill templates, not all values were displayed on the interface, and the users couldn’t scroll appropriately
- If an agent switches from a break to a custom state where no inbound call is enabled, then agents still receive a single inbound call
