Email address becomes mandatory for non-agent users
To enhance security across all of our platforms and to help you remain up-to-date with all the latest changes in VCC Live, E-mail address validation becomes mandatory for all non-agent users across the platform starting from the 1st of November. You will find appropriate notifications about this across the platform. If you have any concerns about this, contact us.
Other new features released
- The Dashboard now includes a new real-time KPI called ‘In Queue’, which displays in a single KPI the sum of waiting calls before and after SLA
- A new error message is added if an OIVR setup would be saved with 0 simultaneous calls
- When using Dashboard filters, you can now explicitly filter for System users to be included or not. The parameter is turned on by default
- Agent interface is now available in Ukrainian language
- The List online users API endpoint can now be used with projectId and limit request parameters combined
Other bugfixes fixed this month
- Text-to-speech for Latvian language disappeared from the available options
- Auto-reply email messages incorrectly appeared for agents as new inbound emails
- In some cases, an agent could initiate multiple calls to the same number at the same time
- Languages were not available to select in the Readback function in the IVR
- Performance improvement has been added when selecting and editing many rights in the Rights menu
- Disposition saving in OIVR project in some cases was unsuccessful
- Some records were stuck in ‘in-call’ status and therefore weren’t dialed again
- Calls redirected to a process got stuck in Real-time monitoring
