We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial SaaS Account Manager with a strong track record of high performance. You will be responsible for growing your current book of business, preventing account issues with a proactive approach, and establishing relationships at the C suite level. You are expected to manage a portfolio of accounts and cultivate consistent growth acting as a strategic advisor to your clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Grow sales and market share through existing key customers, highlighting VCC Live’s value in enhancing customer engagement.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Build relationships within accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans, ensuring sustained growth and aligning customers with VCC Live’s evolving solutions and business strategies.
  • Meet with decision makers (C-Suite, Contact Center Managers, IT Leaders) to address business needs and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure KPIs are met and uncover improvement areas.
  • Present proposals and performance data to demonstrate value and success metrics.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor account health and drive customer satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS company (at least 5 years experience).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Contact Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, with additional foreign language skills considered a plus.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM software, along with other productivity tools.
  • Strategic thinking and experience in developing and executing long-term account growth plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
