We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial SaaS Partner Manager with a proven track record in channel sales and partner management. This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships with resellers and strategic partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, and collaborating on joint sales and marketing activities to maximize business impact. You will also support partners in their sales efforts, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to successfully promote and sell VCC Live’s solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Develop and execute a partner sales strategy to drive revenue through resellers and strategic alliances.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new reseller partners, expanding VCC Live’s partner ecosystem.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success.
  • Support partners by co-developing sales and marketing initiatives, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in resellers’ sales calls, providing direct assistance and expertise to help close deals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales inquiries and business development discussions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to align partner activities with company objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver value to end customers.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting on partner sales performance and pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to strengthen VCC Live’s partner proposition.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a B2B partner sales, channel management, or business development role.
  • Experience working with resellers, distributors, or strategic alliances in the SaaS or Contact Center industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships and drive joint business success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software and partner management tools.
  • A self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of driving growth through partners.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align partner strategies with company goals.
