Exciting things are about to happen at VCC!

Our news stories about technological advancements at VCC rarely focus on the team behind them, and the background to the long-term decisions we make about our brand. However, at the moment we are preparing for some exciting changes due to take place in the next few months.

During the summer, when work is not quite as hectic as it normally is, we can devote time to strategic planning and creative mind-mapping. In particular, we look for new ideas to help make our communication style more accessible, and to help highlight the team effort that goes into our projects and technological innovations.

Each and every one of us is an expert in their field, be it development, testing, project management, marketing or customer relations. By bringing all our colleagues (with their different interests and backgrounds) together to plan our future goals and work towards them collectively, we continue to learn a lot about ourselves and about our company.

This year we are preparing for important changes at VCC that will have an effect on our colleagues, our customers and our partners. Full details will be announced shortly, but to summarise, the Virtual Call Center brand name and product visual design will be changing in the autumn, and to reflect this new era we will also be moving to a new office.

In presenting a new, refreshed image (both visually and in our corporate name), it was our goal to reflect VCC’s ongoing development, as well as the developing trends in the industry. The hardest challenge was to integrate VCC’s past and present strengths into a new design for the future. We believe that the new design, to be revealed in September, is well worth the wait – we hope you will be as excited about it as we are!

The other big decision we have decided to take is to move to a new office at the end of the summer. This new, bigger space will be an inspiring environment to work in, helping the VCC team to sustain (and further) their high standards.
