Clients Can Now Pay Their VCC Live Invoice via a Simple Phone Call

After a lot of work, we’re delighted to announce that all of our clients can now pay their monthly VCC Live invoice via a simple phone call. This new method of payment is ensured by VCC Pay, allowing payments to be initiated in HUF and EURO.

The payment process is simple:

  • The client calls a designated number and informs the operator that they want to settle their payment via phone
  • Our customer service team initiates a call back through a PCI-DSS certified number
  • The client uses the touchpad on their phone to type in their details

It is important to note that transactions can be ONLY initiated from credit cards that are officially registered to the company that signed a contract with VCC Live.

The official languages of our customer service team are English and Hungarian, however, we do our best to help our non-native clients as well, and therefore can handle some of the calls in Spanish, German and Russian as well.  

As VCC Pay allows service fees to be charged immediately, our new payment method will greatly speed up the payment process for our clients, while still fulfilling the highest data protection regulations.

The safe and secure managing of credit card details during these transactions will be strictly regulated, and we must comply with the safety standards system maintained by the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). PCI DSS was created by five leading card issuing companies, including Mastercard, Visa and AMEX, and consists of more than 230 standard requirements, covering six areas of activity. The PCI DSS certificate applies to any organization that handles credit and debit card payments, and we are proud to say that this year was the fourth year that we were able to fulfill the criteria required to be awarded the certificate again.

Furthermore, in order to make our self-service options even more convenient, as of 1st August, a new version of our IVR system is available, allowing clients to select their chosen option verbally instead of pushing a button. Using our voice-to-text technology, we’ll be able to detect what option the client chose and transfer them to the appropriate agent immediately.

VCC Live Pay is undoubtedly one of VCC Live’s most outstanding features, and we are confident that all of our clients will enjoy the benefits of our new payment method and IVR system.
