We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial SaaS Account Executive with a proven track record in sales. You will focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth by aligning client needs with VCC Live’s cutting-edge solutions. You are expected to proactively hunt for new business opportunities and grow market share.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Adopt a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets.
  • Identify leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, understand client needs, and close deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, working with the SDR team on account-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and account planning to management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to stay competitive.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as needed to expand the network.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales role with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Contact Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, with additional foreign language skills considered a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and scalable SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network and effectively leverage relationships to drive sales.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM software, along with other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align sales efforts with client goals.
