We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Team Lead with B2B SaaS experience to lead our customer acquisition department. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through solution selling, building high-performance sales team.

We’re open to remote working in the CET +/- 1 time zones.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Team Leadership and People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Set clear team goals and individual targets; regularly track, evaluate, and provide feedback on team and individual performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive team environment.

Sales Processes

  • Implement, optimize, and continuously improve scalable sales processes.
  • Use CRM tools to effectively track the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and increase overall sales efficiency.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and regularly report team performance to management.

Personal Involvement

  • Act as a people manager, have regular 1on1 meetings with team members, give effective feedback and mentor them if needed, provide career opportunities
  • Support team members during demos, negotiations, and client meetings as needed.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of market trends, client needs, and industry best practices to support your team’s sales strategies.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more members
  • Previous experience managing fully remote teams and belief in the remote work model.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher).
  • Located in CET +/- 1 time zones.
  • CCaaS, Contact Center experience is ideal, but not essential
