AI Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a proactive AI Solutions Consultant  to join our team. You will create and implement innovative AI solutions, supporting the entire lifecycle from initial design to successful deployment. The ideal candidate will transform complex business challenges into effective AI solutions, working closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to build market-leading applications.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Participate in pre-sales, sales, and upsell processes by providing consultation and preparation for AI solutions.
  • Support client AI implementations, building AI chat, email, and voice bots, and creating new processes.
  • Design and build AI processes and automations within the VCC Live or using middleware solutions (Google Cloud Run, Zapier, n8n).
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering Teams to develop AI solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and customize AI agent solutions (Google Dialogflow, Azure OpenAI, Gemini).
  • Design and refine prompts for various processes.
  • Create VCC Live AI Eval databases and benchmarks based on business needs.
  • Research, test, and implement Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech solutions.
  • Develop specifications and architectural designs for new AI features.
  • Track AI trends, examine new solutions from a VCC Live’s perspective, and contribute to the AI Roadmap.
  • Manage communication, agreements, and integrations with AI partners and vendors.
  •  Conduct market research on AI solutions, and identify and evaluate alternative options.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Expert knowledge of LLM/Generative AI solutions and operational principles.
  • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
  • Familiarity with REST API, SQL, and Cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Voice AI technologies is a plus.
  • User-level knowledge of JavaScript, with Python/Go being a plus.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
