Windows 11 support
VCC Live now fully supports Windows 11. After a set of comprehensive tests, all functionalities are fully available on the new operating system as well.
New capabilities when handling emails
We have added a new functionality in the Email log, where supervisors are now able to perform bulk actions, such as: mark emails as spams, add emails to existing tickets, assign emails to agents or move emails to a queue in bulk mode. When adding emails to a ticket, Supervisors are also able to search among the tickets by Ticket title or ID. The functionality only works if the user filters the Email log for direction ‘Inbound’.
To help users, we have added a new feature to Email settings called “Automatic deletion of e-mails, chats and related tickets”. The deletion works when the option is enabled. The user needs to enter a time period, which needs to be at least 30 days, deletion is considered reflecting this time period.
If there is an email or chat that was received/closed before the given time period (e.g. 30 days), then it is deleted. If the related ticket doesn’t include any email or chat that is within the given time period (e.g. 30 days), then the ticket is deleted as well. In case the related record to the ticket was also created outside of the given time period (e.g. 30 days) and the record doesn’t have any associated events (e.g. calls), then the record is anonymized, which means that the attributes marked as personal data are anonymized.
External extension for password generation
We developed a feature to ensure automatic generated passwords for external extensions. Whenever you need to register an external extension (IP phone), a strong password can now be generated within our application. This new feature guarantees that passwords will always be very secure.
