Automated file and statistics export
We have upgraded the Mass Export functionality in VCC Live to give users more options of when they would like to automatically receive data.
Users are now able to set up the Automatic Mass Export with the selected data to a File Storage as well. This means that, on a daily basis, their selected dataset will be copied to a File Storage space. Currently, the File Storage is in Google Cloud, but can be accessed via a third-party visualization tool or connected to other solutions with S3 API access. Datasets can also be automatically sent out via email too, if selected by the user.
Users are now also able to export statistics in an automated way, meaning you can keep track of KPIs without logging into VCC Live. When users select the option to Export Statistics, they can select the column preset (the parameterized set of columns) that will appear in the exported file and which is also used in user-based statistics. Users are also able to select the projects and the time period of the statistics. Statistics are then exported on a project-level either via email or to the newly added file Storage option.
Change in accessing statistics features
We have updated the way you can access statistics in VCC Live. As previously communicated, Global Call Statistics will be retired from the application and replaced by User-Based Statistics, which you can reach from the Logs and statistics menu. You can still temporarily find Global Call Statistics from the User-Based Statistics or by searching for it, but these options will be removed in the future.
In the filters of User-Based Statistics, it is now possible to select several results in a row simultaneously, without losing the filter condition.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding User-Based Statistics.
Routing – automatic caller ID selection based on called prefix
Previously, it was only possible with predictive dialing to define which records will be called by which outbound phone number. This often resulted in clients manually populating data and selecting the appropriate phone numbers on their interface.
We have introduced a feature, which if enabled, in manual dialing projects automatically recognizes the called number and selects the caller ID with the prefix from the same Telephony provider. Phone numbers are chosen randomly from possible matching numbers. If no matching phone number is found, then a number is picked randomly from the available pool of numbers.
New user API – additional fields: email and phone number
The add new user API has been extended with two new fields: email and contact_phone. With this development, customers can now instantly add the email address and phone number of their users via API, without the need to enter this data manually on their interface.
