Neither the application nor the server stores any private call-related data. Client data stored on VCC’s central server is not accessible via the app, and all synchronisation features affect only the contact numbers saved on a specific mobile phone.

How does the VCC Mobile App help?
SEPARATING PRIVATE AND BUSINESS CONTACTS
Different categories of calls can easily be separated during the initial app set-up, and can later be individually labelled.
Business calls are recorded and listed. This way data can be checked against phone bills, and hidden costs can be identified.
STRUCTURING CALLS ON THE BASIS OF CALL DETAILS
Call detail records (CDR) are transferred to VCC’s central system, and can be filtered based on their details, as well as exported.
As with operator-initiated calls, the results of incoming calls and the current client status can be easily identified and monitored. Call success rate statistics are available to supervisors as required.
With VCC there is no reason for any callbacks to be missed, as the system automatically creates a list of scheduled calls and their times. A call can be immediately initiated when the relevant reminder shows up.
The application is also available offline, meaning a continuous internet connection is not necessary for synchronization.
How does one become a VCC Mobile user?
The service is available with any of our packages, as soon as the VCC Mobile App licence fee has been paid. Licences are valid for individual mobile phones.
