VCC Live is looking for a Sales Manager who can speak with active inbound leads, and follow-up as required, create lead generation and outbound call strategies and build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers.

Build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers
Proactively identify customer needs and provide the best fitting solution
Handle customers’ requests, provide expert advice and guiding customer to a qualified purchasing decision
Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts
Holding business negotiations
Setting up online demos with potential clients
Able to work independently and also in a team
Sales driven attitude
Keep accurate notes documenting qualification criteria and utilize CRM to provide accurate, up to date information with regard to activities, initiatives and sales opportunities
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Identify and attract new target customers, discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
Market research and market mapping
Creation of sales strategy
Fluent or native English (both written and spoken)
Extensive experience of IT / telecommunication B2B sales, and/or SaaS worldwide
3 - 5 years of experience in selling solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizing internal and external meetings with potential partners
Self-motivated and able to work under relatively minimal supervision, proactivity
Good problem-solving skills
