Web Analytics Manager

As a Web Analytics Manager, you will be a fundamental part of the Marketing team, working to improve the performance of the company’s website and Landing Pages and supporting data-driven decision making.

You will be responsible for defining the standards of usage in Google Analytics platform, personalize reports and provide support to the Marketing team regarding the numbers of our Digital campaigns, Lead Acquisition, Blog traffic, Newsletter, among others.

You will also coordinate projects with SEO, Development, UX and other outsourced agencies.

This role responds directly to the Head of Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Analytics doing in-depth analysis and understanding of customer journey
  • Report weekly and monthly on digital performance numbers
  • Effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders through compelling dashboards, reports, presentations, and storytelling
  • Constantly draw insights, and report findings that can drive digital business growth
  • Define the requirements for tracking and set up using Google Tag Manager
  • Organize a backlog of improvements in the website focusing on improving conversion
  • Identify and create goals in the A/B Testing Tools. You will work together with a copywriter and a web designer on it.
  • Conduct A/B, Split URL and Multivariate Tests with Visual Website Optimizers (HotJar, Crazy Egg, VWO). Provide detailed analysis report and declare the winner of the test
  • Research and understand user behavior by using session recording and heatmaps with tools such as Hotjar.
  • Be the support to Online Marketing Specialist in digital campaigns and landing pages launch
  • Create a Methodology and a backlog file to propose future developments in the website and landing pages focusing on increasing conversion
  • Work together with partners, suppliers and vendors regarding website-related projects
  • Create a closer relationship to Online Marketing Specialist and Inbound Marketing Strategist regarding the numbers revolving around their work
  • Demonstrate clear interest and energy regarding all these topics, make questions, search courses and new trends, share contents and raise discussions within the team about them.
