We are currently looking for a Sales Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Speak with active inbound leads and follow-up as required
  • Create lead generation and outbound call strategies
  • Build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with customers
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide the best fitting solution
  • Handle customers’ requests, provide expert advice and guiding customer to a qualified purchasing decision
  • Work closely with the entire sales organization to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts

  • setting up online demos with potential clients
  • Able to work independently and also in a team
  • Sales driven attitude
  • Keep accurate notes documenting qualification criteria and utilize CRM to provide accurate, up to date information with regard to activities, initiatives and sales opportunities

  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Identify and attract new target customers, discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Market research and market mapping
  • Creation of sales strategy


What skills do you need?

  • Fluent or native English (both written and spoken)
  • Extensive experience of IT / telecommunication B2B sales, and/or SaaS worldwide –
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in selling solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizing internal and external meetings with potential partners
  • Self-motivated and able to work under relatively minimal supervision, proactivity
  • Customer-orientated personality
  • Good problem-solving skills
