We are looking for our newest teammate as a Sales Development Representative in our sales team. In this role, you can deepen your knowledge of the B2B-SaaS sector and gain more business insights from your experienced colleagues. You can also show us how you excel in different communication techniques because you will negotiate with a wide range of customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The main responsibility is to generate and qualify new leads through outbound activities. – We still believe in cold calling.
Manage relationships with customers to maintain the pipeline and lead them through the sales funnel until creating an opportunity for sales managers.
Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify and find new potential clients.
Keep accurate notes documenting qualification criteria and utilize CRM to provide punctual, up-to-date information with regard to activities, initiatives, and sales opportunities.
Keep up with current sales- and tech-related trends and collaborate with the sales team with your innovative ideas.
WHO YOU ARE
You have solid experience in cold calling.
You communicate clearly and stand out being an active listener. You enjoy creating connections with new people, you easily understand their needs and respond adequately.
You’re comfortable with administrative tasks, you can smoothly reach the CRM expert level.
You have a solid understanding of sales processes and the term SaaS is not new for you. (If you have experience in B2B sales -preferably in IT- is an advantage.)
You have excellent communication skills both in written, verbal, and presentation in English (fluent or native).
Preferably located in EU in the CET +/-1 time zones
