- Maintain contact with call center managers and supervisors, providing technical support and advice.
- Help to successfully develop and test new software features, taking into account our clients viewpoint.
- Tutorials: training and consultancy for existing clients
- Supporting the other departments (sales, marketing)
- Working on the Customer Service support, answering calls and email in order to resolve customer issues
- Open trouble tickets to record all actions and to track problems. Following up on existing tickets and escalating unresolved cases to relevant support groups.
- Work together with colleagues to share information, collaborate on problem solving and identify major service issues
- Fluent or native English (both written and spoken)
- Extensive experience of working call center industry (team leader, CC leader, supervisor)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong MS Office skills, confident user of Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity
- Customer orientated personality
- Good problemsolving skills
