Responsibilities:

  • Starting new customers: go live with new clients based on the contract signed by Sales, hold training sessions and monitor their activity.
  • Support: support your customers within your company portfolio acting as a first contact person for them.
  • Work together with Sales:
    • Requirement assessment: assessing the needs and processes of the interested companies at the following areas: customer care, telesales, debt / soft collection, aftersales.
    • Consultation: developing customers’ business concept, consulting, presenting.
  • Negotiation: with supervisors, IT management and Management.
  • Contracts: for up- and cross-selling activities, creating contract terms, preparing and concluding a contract modification.
  • Reseller channels: find and manage new potential resellers.


What skills do you need?

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge, IT sense.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Business appearance.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Independent, responsible work, proactivity.
  • Live contact network and professional relationship building experience.
