We are looking for a Channel Account Manager in our Sales team who is going to be responsible for end-to-end sales activities. If you have an ambitious, go-getter personality and have successful experience in software sales, you’re warmly welcomed to our team! We’re open to remote working, preferably in the CET +/- 1 time zones.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Main responsibility to identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
Creating and executing strategic channel sales plans to accomplish short, medium, and long-term revenue goals.
Create and execute individual reseller business plans
Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness and stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
Support a set of VCC partner relationships and manage the development and implementation of the sales and technical enablement of those partners with educating partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Assist in partner marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Hold regular opportunity & pipeline review meetings with the partner
WHO YOU ARE
Extensive experience (3-5+ years) of channel sales experience with a demonstrated record of success, preferably in the IT / telecommunication B2B sales, and / or SaaS worldwide.
The ability to manage the sales process to potential new partners from prospect stage to contract closure and execution
Unexceptional network capital that opens more and more doors for top management of each company in the contact center business sector.
You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with clients.
An MRR focused self-motivated person, who is able to work under minimal supervision, proactivity independently and also in a team.
Excellent communication skills both in written, verbal and presentation in English (fluent or native).
