Virtual Call Center turns its new single-window customer service to good account

VCC is happy to announce its newest customer friendly establishment, a single-window customer service care combined with key account managers.

From April 2, 2014 Virtual Call Center’s already exquisite customer care is evolving to an even more efficient solution. The reason for turning to single-window customer service is its ability to manage questions and requests faster and more flexible. Our new key account managers will take care of clients’ individual requests, such as applying for new national and international telephone numbers, as well as rates for international calls, noting softer development demands and remarking questions regarding telephone balance. They will also monitor clients’ needs and optimize projects to organize personal communications between clients and VCC.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service weekdays from 7 AM to 8 PM and from 9 AM to 8 PM on the weekends.
