Virtual Call Center Takes Warsaw
Warsaw hosted this week the Head of Customer Services’ Forum where Virtual Call Center had a chance to participate in as an exhibitor. The very best of Central Europe call center world attended the meeting in Hotel Mercure, Warsaw.
The conference along with the exhibition was held all day 9 June. VCC representatives could showcase the company’s unique call center solution to a wide audience. During the breaks, they welcomed all the participants and between presentations, they had a long talk with lots of other exhibitors. Many speakers, including the keynote speaker, and participants also enjoyed VCC’s special Tokaj wine tasting as they visited its exhibition table.
