VCC FAQ in Four Languages


From this month, you can find the full-scale FAQ of Virtual Call Center on its website. Answers can be read in English, German, Polish and Hungarian.

Some people don’t like reading FAQs as they think it’s confusing and makes no sense. That’s why VCC keeps its FAQ very simple and comprehensible. Clients can get answers to all the essential questions without turning to the Support team in person. This way they can save lots of time and energy.

FAQ has six chapters including login and database uploading issues, project and user issues, calling and call recording issues, as well as issues related to statistics. Right now international clients can find their answers in English, German, Polish and Hungarian. As VCC would like to develop its language portfolio, other languages might be also available soon.
