New Event of Call Center Academy starts in April

The most innovative and proactive call center event of Central Europe will be held on 15 April in Budapest. It will be the 4th session of Call Center Academy focusing on the importance of metrics and statistics in call center business.

Prestigious speakers will present facts and trends, including but not limited to, establishing historic and real-time statistics, envisaging and executing business targets, as well as monitoring and making follow-ups.
