Highly Successful Workshop at Virtual Call Center


Last week was all about workshopping at Virtual Call Center. Such events are usually highly attended and successful as clients can personally get some information about the newest software developments.

Last Thursday, almost 50 people gathered for listening the presentation of customer service and sales managers of VCC. They talked about the VCC Click to Call solution, the list of incoming calls, waiting lines, new data on the quality control module, new environmental fields in the export editor, fast keys and the balance surface.

Participants were welcome to ask questions after the presentations. VCC holds workshops for the very reason to serve its clients’ needs to provide a platform where everyone can ask solutions to their problems with VCC software. This time, the most asked questions were about Click to Call, the balance surface and changes in the incoming functions. Clients were also interested in measuring and accounting expenses.
