A pop-up window greets every visitor to VCC websites to help establishing more efficient connections and faster response time. It also provides instant communication between clients and sales department. The pop-up window with a greeting message comes up 30 seconds after a visitor arrived to VCC website. Each visitor can decide whether to answer by giving his data or decline it. If the visitor says yes, the chat will start with a given sales representative.
Live chat can be found on every VCC website in the correcponding language. Clients have already sent positive feedbacks which will be base of the fine-tuning to reach perfect client satisfaction.
