Call Center World 2014 – Day three

Third day of the exhibition is designed specially for professional workshops and group tours. The number of vocational audience was decreasing and converted into others. Several student groups and media representatives could be seen roving around than the other days. Sometimes we bumped into operators working in large call centres and by the curiosity of theirs, it was flattering to answer their questions whilst studying our system.

With large amount of beneficial experience and valuable partners, Virtual Call Center said good bye to Call Center World 2014, in Berlin.
